Tanya's Life - His Testimony
Hello, my name is Tanya Persohn. I am the survivor of a massive stroke, and a child of the one true King! Ever since I have accepted Jesus into my heart, He has shown me no one loves you more than the Father.
No matter what challenge I encounter, He always has my back. I would like to tell you about my favorite scripture, Philippians 4:13. After weeks of hospitalization, I needed to regain my strength, so I was transferred to Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehab. I had to learn to walk again at thirty-two years of age. One of the physical therapy assistants threw me a key chain that said, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I remember rolling my eyes, because, I am embarrassed to say, at that time, I was not saved. I am proud to say that today, this scripture is on my kitchen wall and I use it to help me get through each day. The scripture says, I can do all, not just some things.
Many people prayed for me in my hours of need; praise God I'm still here. So, I would like to be your prayer advocate in your time of need. No prayer is too big or too small. I just want to share the awesome love of Jesus Christ with everyone. There is no excuse why you can't have a relationship with Him, it is available to anyone who would ask for it.
My brother, and his Bible group, prayed that I would get saved. What an awesome experience to have my eyes truly opened to our heavenly Father above. He always has my back. I have had to learn: life is planned by God, not me. It is much easier knowing I can "let go and let God" direct me upon His desired path.
I pray that you will come to know Him, as I have.
