His Testimony

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ and Testimonies of Divine Intervention Part One:
Through what I can see in hindsight was spiritual wooing one Easter, I saw the moving movie King of Kings. This took place at a vulnerable time in my life; aspects of the life and words Jesus spoke touched my soul deep within. I wanted to know more but could not understand the Bible, so I actually understood little. However, through this movie, the Spirit of Jesus and God our Father seared my heart causing me to want to be a better person. With a grateful, respectful heart I wanted to please our loving Father, but felt powerless to do so as I was very much aware of my inner struggles and temptations. These insights caused my heart to be tender and forgiving as I embraced the grace of God as I understood it at that time.
Although I was not raised in a Religious Environment I often pondered about what I heard with respect to Jesus, Omni God and other Religions. For example, why did some among the Hebrew Nation deny Jesus as the Messiah? I was as yet unaware it was necessary for an appointed time that they do so, not only for the sake of the Kingdom of God, but for the sake of all of Humanity. This was all a part of a plan established before the foundations of the world, yet to be revealed and walked out in its fullness over time. This was not revealed to me until after I looked to the Holy Spirit of Father God resurrected in Jesus, as our Spiritual Teacher and Guide Who leads us into all truth through a progressive inner transformation and regeneration process.
As my life unfolded I heard 'about' Omni God as our Father, who sent His Son to reveal their love and Father’s will for us. I was ignorant of the spiritual truth that the Bible throughout the entire Old Testament prophesied the coming of a Redeemer-Messiah and that the life of Jesus fulfilled these prophecies. I did not know that Scripture must be spiritually discerned and revealed by its Author at an appointed time, that our finite mind alone cannot understand the spiritual mysteries of Omni God. I had heard that Jesus was the Savior of all as a little child and prayed a childlike prayer everyday, but had never heard we need to be born anew of the Spirit of God our Creator or about the power of the Holy Spirit quickened within so we can learn of Him.
