Being Fruitful

What is the law of life? I am not referring to the book written by Jack London nor the movie that was produced based on the book. I am speaking about the truth that I learned from another book, a book called the Bible that was authored by the Creator Himself.
“Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” (Genesis 2:7, NIV)
“All Scripture is God-breathed…” (2 Timothy 3:16, NIV)
“The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.” (John 6:63, NIV)
Life came by the Spirit of God. “…the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, ‘Let there be light,' and there was light.” (Genesis 1:2-3, NIV) Then the sky, the seas, and lands were relocated day by day. The sun and moon and stars were raised up in the sky. The plants and animals filled the lands and the sea creatures filled the seas. God formed a man and breathed life into his being…(Genesis 1-2) Year after year, the Word not only existed, but was written down for mankind as Living Water and Daily Bread. Like the Word Himself declared, “I Am alive and active.” (Hebrews 4:12)
Sadly, the truth has not been accepted or received by many…
“He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.” (John 1:10-11, NIV)
…and the truth is not followed and obeyed even by some of those who know God.
“These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.” (Matthew 15:8-9, NIV)
Here is the conclusion of the law of life:
“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.” (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14, NIV)
My dear friends, we have freedom to hear and to obey. “Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves.” (1 Peter 2:16, NIV) “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” (2 Corinthians 3:17, NIV)
Take note of this, “The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness. And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.” (Romans 8:6-11, NIV)
